πŸ“πŸŒ Berries & Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

  • 3/4 cup milk (dairy or plant-based: almond, oat, soy, etc.)

  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional, for flavor boost)

  • Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker smoothie)

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender: banana, frozen berries, yogurt, milk, sweetener (if using), and vanilla.

  2. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides if needed. Add a splash more milk for a thinner consistency, or ice cubes to thicken.

  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
