Ingredients:

1 ripe banana

1 cup frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

3/4 cup milk (dairy or plant-based: almond, oat, soy, etc.)

1β2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional, for flavor boost)

Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker smoothie)

Add all ingredients to a blender: banana, frozen berries, yogurt, milk, sweetener (if using), and vanilla.
