For the Filling:

1 packet taco seasoning or homemade blend (1 tsp each: chili powder, cumin, paprika; 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/4 tsp salt)

1/2 cup enchilada sauce

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a Mexican blend)
For Assembly:

8–10 soft flour or corn tortillas

2 cups enchilada sauce (canned or homemade)
