Here’s a refreshing and energizing recipe for a Banana Lemon Ginger Smoothie — creamy, zesty, and packed with natural antioxidants and digestion-friendly ingredients. Perfect for mornings or a midday boost!


🍋 Banana Lemon Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana (frozen for creamier texture)

  • ½ lemon, juiced (about 1–2 tbsp)

  • ½ tsp fresh ginger (grated or minced) — or ¼ tsp ground ginger

  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (optional for protein and creaminess)

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)

  • Handful of ice cubes (if banana isn’t frozen or for extra chill)


Instructions:

  1. Blend:

    • Add all ingredients to a blender.

    • Blend until smooth and creamy — about 30–60 seconds.

    • Taste and adjust: add more lemon for tartness or honey for sweetness.

  2. Serve:

    • Pour into a glass.

    • Garnish with a lemon slice or fresh mint if desired.

    • Enjoy immediately!

  • Immune boost: Add a pinch of turmeric or a small piece of fresh turmeric root.
