Banana Lemon Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana (frozen for creaminess)

  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger (peeled, or more if you like it spicy)

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon (or to taste)

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt or plant-based yogurt (optional for creaminess)

  • 1/2 cup water or almond milk (adjust for consistency)

  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, if needed)

  • A few ice cubes (optional)


Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Taste and adjust lemon or ginger to your liking.

  4. Serve immediately, chilled.
