โ๐ Banana Coffee Smoothie with Creamy Almond Milk

1 ripe banana (preferably frozen for a thicker texture)

1/2 to 1 cup brewed coffee (chilled)

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or more for desired consistency)

1 tbsp almond butter (for creaminess and protein)

1โ2 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional, depending on sweetness)

1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional but recommended)

Ice cubes (about 4โ6, if banana isnโt frozen)

Brew and chill the coffee
Make a cup of your favorite coffee and let it cool completely. You can use leftover coffee or cold brew as well. -
Blend it all together
In a blender, combine the banana, chilled coffee, almond milk, almond butter, maple syrup (if using), cinnamon, and vanilla. -
Add ice
Toss in ice cubes and blend until smooth and creamy. -
Taste and adjust
Add more almond milk if itโs too thick, or more sweetener if needed. -
Serve
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately. Optional: top with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a few coffee beans for style.
