πŸ₯€ Banana Almond Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients (1–2 servings)

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/2 ripe avocado

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (or a small handful of raw almonds)

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your milk of choice)

  • 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

  • 1/2 cup ice (optional, for a colder/thicker smoothie)

  • Optional boost: 1 scoop protein powder or 1 tablespoon chia/flax seeds


Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30–60 seconds.

  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or consistency by adding more milk or sweetener if needed.

  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
