1. Prep potatoes:

  • Wash and scrub potatoes well (peeling optional).

2. Soak (optional but helps with crispiness):

  • Place fries in a bowl of cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.

  • Drain and pat completely dry with a clean towel or paper towels.
