Baked Parmesan Potato Fries

Oh yes—baked Parmesan potato fries are crispy, cheesy, and totally addictive without the deep-frying mess. Here’s a quick and easy recipe:


 Baked Parmesan Potato Fries

Ingredients:

  • 3–4 medium russet or Yukon gold potatoes (cut into fry shapes)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional)

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (fresh is best!)

  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  2. Soak the fries:
    Place potato slices in cold water for 20–30 minutes to remove excess starch (this helps them crisp up). Pat dry thoroughly.

  3. Season:
    Toss the dried fries in olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  4. Add cheese:
    Sprinkle about half the Parmesan onto the fries and toss again. Save the rest for after baking.

  5. Bake:
    Spread fries in a single layer (not touching) on the baking sheet. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

  6. Finish:
    Right out of the oven, sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan and fresh parsley if using.


Dip ’em in ranch, ketchup, or garlic aioli—or just eat ’em hot and cheesy!
