Here’s a simple and tasty recipe for Baked Cottage Cheese Eggs — high in protein, low in fuss:


🥚 Baked Cottage Cheese Eggs

Servings: 2-3
Prep time: 5 min
Bake time: 20-25 min

Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your fave)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: chopped chives, spinach, tomatoes, or herbs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix eggs, cottage cheese, grated cheese, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Pour mixture into a greased small baking dish or into ramekins.
  4. Top with herbs or veggies if using.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is lightly golden.
  6. Cool slightly before serving.
