🥓 Bacon-Wrapped Potatoes

Bite-sized potatoes (or wedges) wrapped in smoky bacon and roasted until crispy, optionally glazed or seasoned for extra kick. Perfect for parties, game day, or an indulgent side.
🧾 Ingredients:

1½ lbs baby potatoes (or small Yukon Gold/red potatoes)

1 lb bacon (thin-cut works best)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder
-
½ tsp smoked paprika

Salt & pepper to taste

Toothpicks (optional, for securing)
Optional Glazes/Dips:

BBQ sauce (for brushing in last 10 min)

Maple syrup + cracked pepper

Ranch, sour cream, chipotle mayo, or cheese dip for serving

1. Prep Potatoes:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Wash and halve (or quarter) baby potatoes if large. Pat dry.

Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Wrap with Bacon:

Cut bacon strips in half.

Wrap each potato piece with a half-strip of bacon. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
3. Bake:

Arrange on a parchment- or foil-lined baking sheet, seam-side down.

Roast for 35–40 minutes, flipping once halfway through.

Optional: In the last 5–10 minutes, brush with BBQ sauce or maple glaze and return to oven.
