Here’s a clear and simple recipe for Apple, Beetroot, Carrot, and Cucumber Juice — often called ABCC juice. It’s nutritious, refreshing, and great for boosting energy, digestion, and skin health.


🥤 ABCC Juice Recipe

(Apple, Beetroot, Carrot, Cucumber)

🧾 Ingredients (1–2 servings):

  • 1 medium apple (sweet or tart, cored)

  • 1 small beetroot (peeled)

  • 1 medium carrot (peeled)

  • ½ medium cucumber (peeled if waxed)

  • Optional:

    • ½ inch piece ginger (for flavor and digestion)

    • Juice of ½ lemon (for freshness and vitamin C)

    • ¼ cup cold water or a few ice cubes (to thin the juice)


🧃 Method 1: Using a Juicer

  1. Wash and prepare all ingredients.

  2. Run apple, beetroot, carrot, cucumber (and optional ginger) through a juicer.

  3. Stir the juice, add lemon juice if using.

  4. Serve immediately over ice or chilled.


🧃 Method 2: Using a Blender

  1. Chop all ingredients into small pieces.

  2. Add to a blender with a little cold water.

  3. Blend until smooth.

  4. Strain using a fine sieve or cheesecloth (optional).

  5. Stir in lemon juice and enjoy.
