Here’s a super easy and delicious recipe for Air Fryer Sliced Potatoes – crispy edges, tender inside, and full of flavor!


🥔 Crispy Air Fryer Sliced Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 2–3 medium potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet work well)
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional for a smoky kick)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional – like parsley or rosemary)
  • Optional toppings: grated parmesan, ranch dip, or sour cream

Instructions:

  1. Prep the potatoes:
    • Wash and scrub potatoes clean (peel if you prefer).
    • Slice into 1/4-inch thick rounds. Try to keep them evenly sliced for consistent cooking.
  2. Season:
    • In a bowl, toss the slices with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
    • Let sit for 5–10 minutes if you want extra flavor infusion.
  3. Air fry:
    • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
    • Arrange potato slices in a single layer in the basket (work in batches if needed).
    • Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy at the edges.
  4. Serve:
    • Sprinkle with herbs or cheese if desired.
    • Serve hot with your favorite dip or sauce.
