Air Fryer Potatoes

Here’s a simple and delicious Air Fryer Potatoes recipe — crispy on the outside, tender inside, and ready in under 25 minutes!


🥔 Crispy Air Fryer Potatoes

⭐ Ingredients (Serves 2–4):

  • 1½ lbs (680 g) baby potatoes or Yukon Gold/red potatoes

  • 1½ tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika (optional for color)

  • ½ tsp dried rosemary or thyme

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley or grated Parmesan (for garnish, optional)


🧑‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Prep the Potatoes:

  • Wash and dry potatoes.

  • Cut into halves or quarters, depending on size (you want even-sized chunks for even cooking).

2. Season:

  • In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, herbs, salt, and pepper until well coated.

3. Air Fry:

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) (if your model requires it).

  • Add potatoes in a single layer in the basket (cook in batches if needed).

  • Air fry for 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.

4. Serve:

  • Transfer to a serving dish.

  • Garnish with chopped parsley, Parmesan, or a squeeze of lemon juice if desired.


🍽️ Serving Ideas:

  • Great as a side for breakfast (with eggs), lunch (with a salad), or dinner (with grilled meat or fish).

  • Try dipping them in garlic aioli, ranch, or spicy ketchup.
