🔪 Instructions:
1. Prep the Potatoes:

Wash and thinly slice the potatoes (about ⅛ to ¼ inch thick) using a knife or mandoline.

Pat slices dry with paper towels — this helps them crisp up.
2. Season:

In a bowl, toss potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

For cheesy flavor, add a tablespoon of Parmesan before or after air frying.
3. Air Fry:

Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Arrange potato slices in a single layer (you may need to cook in batches).

Watch closely near the end to prevent burning — thinner slices cook faster.
