Air Fryer Pork Chops

Posted on July 30, 2025

Here’s a simple, juicy, and crispy Air Fryer Pork Chops recipe that nails dinner in under 20 minutes. Great for a quick weeknight meal — no breading required (but I’ve included a breaded option too if you want that extra crunch).

🐖 Air Fryer Pork Chops (No Breading)

🧂 Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • Optional: pinch of cayenne for heat

🍽️ Instructions:

1. Prep the Chops

  • Pat pork chops dry with paper towels.

  • Rub with olive oil.

  • Mix seasonings in a small bowl, then coat both sides of pork chops evenly.

2. Preheat the Air Fryer

  • Preheat to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.

3. Cook

  • Place chops in a single layer in the basket (don’t overcrowd).

  • Air fry at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.

    • Internal temp should reach 145°F (63°C).

4. Rest

  • Let rest for 3–5 minutes before serving (locks in the juices).

🧀 Optional Breaded Version:

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Italian breadcrumbs

  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • Season pork chops as above, dip in egg, then coat in breadcrumb & Parmesan mix.

Cook same way: 400°F for 12–14 minutes, flipping once.

🧡 Serving Ideas:

  • Pair with roasted veggies, mashed potatoes, or a crisp coleslaw.

  • Add a drizzle of honey mustard or BBQ sauce if you like extra flavor.
