Air fryer poached eggs? Yep, totally possible — and surprisingly easy! Here’s how to do it:


Air Fryer Poached Eggs

What You Need:

  • Eggs (as many as you want to poach)

  • Ramekins or silicone muffin cups

  • Boiling water

  • Air fryer

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Cups:
    Lightly spray ramekins or silicone muffin cups with oil (optional, for easier cleanup).

  2. Add Water:
    Pour about 2–3 tablespoons of boiling water into each cup — just enough to cover the egg once it’s cracked in.

  3. Crack the Egg:
    Crack one egg into each cup, gently so the yolk stays intact.

  4. Air Fry:
    Place the cups carefully in the air fryer basket.
    Air fry at 360°F (182°C) for 5–6 minutes, depending on how runny you like your yolk.

  5. Check & Serve:
    Carefully remove the cups (they’ll be hot). Use a spoon to lift the poached egg out. Season and serve!
