Prep the Cups:
Lightly spray ramekins or silicone muffin cups with oil (optional, for easier cleanup). -
Add Water:
Pour about 2–3 tablespoons of boiling water into each cup — just enough to cover the egg once it’s cracked in. -
Crack the Egg:
Crack one egg into each cup, gently so the yolk stays intact. -
Air Fry:
Place the cups carefully in the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 360°F (182°C) for 5–6 minutes, depending on how runny you like your yolk. -
Check & Serve:
