🍝 Air Fryer Pasta Chips
🍽️ Servings: 4 (snack portion)
⏱️ Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 10–12 mins
🧾 Ingredients:
-
2 cups cooked pasta (about 1 cup dry pasta) — any short shape like farfalle, penne, or rigatoni
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
½ tsp garlic powder
-
½ tsp Italian seasoning (or dried oregano)
-
Salt & pepper to taste
-
Optional: chili flakes or paprika for extra flavor
👩🍳 Instructions:
-
Cook the pasta:
Boil your pasta in salted water until just al dente. Drain and let cool slightly. -
Season:
In a mixing bowl, toss the pasta with olive oil, Parmesan, and seasonings until evenly coated. -
Air Fry:
-
Place in a single layer in your air fryer basket.
-
Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
-
Chips are done when golden and crispy.
-
-
Cool & Serve:
Let cool for a few minutes — they’ll crisp up more.
Serve with marinara, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce.
✅ Tips:
-
Don’t overcrowd the air fryer. Work in batches if needed.
-
Want a dairy-free version? Use nutritional yeast instead of Parmesan.
-
For extra crunch: Let pasta dry out for 10–15 minutes before air frying.
