Air Fryer Mini Potatoes

Yesss! Air Fryer Mini Potatoes are the perfect combo of crispy skin + fluffy center — basically tiny flavor bombs. Super easy, endlessly customizable, and they go with everything.

Here’s a simple go-to recipe with flavor upgrade ideas below:


 Air Fryer Mini Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb baby potatoes (Yukon gold, red, or fingerlings)

  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional, for color + warmth)

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Fresh herbs to finish (parsley, rosemary, thyme — your choice)


 Instructions:

  1. Prep the potatoes:

    • Wash and dry them well.

    • You can leave them whole, halve them, or even smash them after cooking (see below for that option).

  2. Season:

    • Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.

  3. Air Fry:

    • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

    • Cook for 15–18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy on the outside and tender inside.

  4. Finish:

    • Sprinkle with chopped herbs and maybe a little flakey salt.

    • Serve hot — they go great with aioli, sour cream, ranch, or just a squeeze of lemon.


 Flavor Ideas:

  • Parmesan Ranch: Toss with ranch seasoning and grated parm in the last few minutes.

  • Spicy Kick: Add a dash of cayenne or chili flakes.

  • Smash & Crisp: Boil for 8–10 mins first, gently smash with a glass, then air fry until ultra crispy (like mini smashed potato fries ).
