Makes 6 cups | Ready in 15–20 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 6 slices of deli ham (thin but sturdy enough to hold shape)

  • 6 eggs (or egg whites)

  • ¼ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Swiss work well)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Optional: diced veggies (bell peppers, spinach, onions), chopped herbs, or cooked bacon bits


Instructions:

1. Prep the Cups:

  • Use a silicone muffin mold or ramekins that fit in your air fryer basket.

  • Line each mold with 1 slice of ham, gently pressing it into a cup shape.

  • Add a little cheese and any optional veggies inside the ham cup.

2. Add the Eggs:

  • Crack one egg into each ham cup (or whisk eggs first if you prefer scrambled texture).

  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and optional herbs.

3. Air Fry:

  • Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).

  • Place the molds or ramekins into the basket.
