Air Fryer Ginger Pork Dumplings sound like a delicious and easy-to-make treat! Here’s a recipe you can follow to make them crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside:

Air Fryer Ginger Pork Dumplings Recipe

Ingredients:

For the filling:

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions (scallions)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

For the dumpling wrappers:

  • 1 package dumpling wrappers (round or square)
  • A bit of water for sealing

For the dipping sauce (optional):

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Directions:

  1. Prepare the filling:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, chopped green onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything together well until fully combined.
  2. Assemble the dumplings:
    • Lay a dumpling wrapper flat on your work surface.
    • Spoon about 1–2 teaspoons of the pork filling into the center of the wrapper (don’t overfill).
    • Wet the edges of the wrapper with a small amount of water.
    • Fold the wrapper in half over the filling, creating a half-moon shape.
    • Pinch the edges together to seal the dumpling, making sure there are no air bubbles. You can pleat the edges if you prefer a more traditional look.
  3. Preheat the air fryer:
    • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Cook the dumplings:
    • Lightly brush or spray the dumplings with a bit of oil to help them crisp up.
    • Arrange the dumplings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving a little space between each one.
    • Air fry the dumplings at 375°F (190°C) for about 8-10 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Make the dipping sauce (optional):
    • In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, chili flakes (if using), and honey (if using). Stir until well combined.
  6. Serve:
    • Once the dumplings are done, serve them hot with the dipping sauce on the side.

Enjoy your crispy, juicy Air Fryer Ginger Pork Dumplings! They’re perfect as a snack, appetizer, or even a main course.
