πŸ‘©β€πŸ³ Servings: 2–3

πŸ•’ Total Time: 35–45 minutes

πŸ§‚ Ingredients:

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 1/2 lb baby potatoes, halved or quartered (depending on size)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, cut into small cubes

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

  • Aluminum foil, for wrapping

πŸ§‘β€πŸ³ Instructions:

1. Prep Ingredients:

  • Preheat air fryer to 400Β°F (200Β°C) for 3–5 minutes.

  • In a bowl, toss potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, and half the garlic.

  • In another bowl, toss steak cubes with remaining olive oil, garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

2. Assemble Foil Packets:

  • Cut two large sheets of foil (~12×12 inches).

  • Divide potatoes evenly into the center of each foil sheet.

  • Top with steak cubes.

  • Dot each with butter cubes.

  • Fold the foil into packets: bring opposite sides together and crimp to seal tightly.

3. Cook in Air Fryer:

  • Place foil packets into the air fryer basket (you may need to cook in batches depending on size).

  • Cook at 400Β°F (200Β°C) for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through.

  • Carefully open a packet and check for doneness: steak should be tender and juicy, potatoes fork-tender.

4. Serve:

  • Let sit for a few minutes before opening.

  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley and enjoy directly from the foil for easy cleanup.

πŸ”₯ Tips:

  • Want crispy edges? Open the foil for the last 3–5 minutes of cooking.

  • For extra flavor, add a splash of Worcestershire or soy sauce to the steak before sealing the packet.

  • You can substitute sweet potatoes, bell peppers, or onions for variety.
