🐟 Crispy Air Fryer Fish Fillets
Ingredients:

2 white fish fillets (e.g. cod, tilapia, haddock)

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (Panko for extra crunch)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 egg, beaten

1 tbsp olive oil or cooking spray

Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions:

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3–5 minutes.

Pat the fish fillets dry with a paper towel. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Prepare the breading:

In a shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt.

In another bowl, beat the egg.

Dip the fish:

First into the egg, letting excess drip off.

Then into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to coat evenly.

Air fry the fillets:

Lightly grease the air fryer basket with oil or spray.

Place fillets in a single layer (don’t overlap).

Spray the tops lightly with oil for crispiness.

Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through. The fish should be golden and flake easily with a fork.
