Yes! Air Fryer Crispy Chilli Beef is the perfect combo of sweet, spicy, crispy, and healthier than deep-fried versions. You still get that golden crunch without all the oil — and it’s super fast too.

-
400g (about 14 oz) sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced into strips

2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
-
1 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 tbsp rice vinegar or white vinegar
-
1 tbsp ketchup

1 clove garlic, minced
-
1 tsp grated ginger (optional but amazing)

1 small red chilli, sliced (or use chilli flakes)
To finish:
-
Sliced spring onions, sesame seeds, and red chilli for garnish
Instructions:
1. Prep the beef:

-
Preheat air fryer to 200°C / 400°F.

In a small pan, combine all sauce ingredients.
-
Simmer over low heat for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
4. Toss & serve:
-
Toss crispy beef in the sauce right before serving to keep it crunchy.
