Here’s how to make Crispy Cottage Cheese Chips in the air fryer — a high-protein, low-carb snack that’s super easy and surprisingly addictive!


🧀 Air Fryer Cottage Cheese Chips

📝 Ingredients:

  • 1/2 to 1 cup cottage cheese (small curd works best)

  • Optional add-ins:

    • Garlic powder or onion powder

    • Everything bagel seasoning

    • Paprika or chili flakes

    • Grated Parmesan (for extra crisp and flavor)


🔧 Instructions:

  1. Prep your surface:

    • Line your air fryer basket or tray with parchment paper cut to fit (with airflow holes) or use silicone liners with holes.

    • Lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Scoop cottage cheese:

    • Drop small spoonfuls (about 1–1.5 tsp each) of cottage cheese spaced apart.

    • Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon or spatula.

    • Sprinkle with desired seasonings.

  3. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8–12 minutes, until golden and crisp.

    • Watch closely after 7–8 minutes to avoid burning.

    • Cooking time can vary depending on air fryer and cheese moisture.

  4. Cool completely — chips will crisp up more as they cool.

  • The drier the cottage cheese, the better it crisps. Drain excess liquid if needed.

  • Small curd holds together better than large curd.

  • For a cheesy twist, mix a little shredded cheddar or Parmesan in before air frying.
