🍗 Air Fryer Chicken Thighs
🧾 Ingredients (for 4 thighs)

4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs (boneless works too)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp smoked paprika (or regular)

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

Optional: pinch of chili powder or cayenne for heat
🔥 Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.

Pat dry the chicken thighs with paper towels. This helps crisp the skin.

Toss the thighs with olive oil and seasonings until evenly coated.

Place in air fryer basket skin side down, in a single layer.

Air fry for 10 minutes, flip, then cook another 10–12 minutes until:

Internal temp is 165°F (74°C)

Rest 5 minutes before serving for juicy results.

Boneless/skinless? Cook 8 min per side at 375°F (190°C).
