1/2 tsp paprika (optional)

Cooking spray or a light oil mist

1. Prep Chicken:

Pat the chicken tenders dry.

Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
2. Set Up Breading Station:

Bowl 1: Flour

Bowl 2: Beaten eggs

Bowl 3: Breadcrumbs
3. Bread the Tenders:

Dredge each piece in flour → dip in egg → coat in breadcrumbs.
