Here’s a fun, fast, and flavorful recipe for Air Fryer Cheeseburger Wraps—crispy on the outside, cheesy and savory on the inside. It’s a perfect weeknight dinner or party snack, and way less messy than grilling!


🍔 Air Fryer Cheeseburger Wraps

🕒 Prep Time: 10 minutes

🕒 Cook Time: 10–12 minutes

🍽️ Servings: 4 wraps


✅ Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef (85–90% lean)

  • ½ small onion, finely chopped

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tbsp ketchup

  • 1 tbsp mustard

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or slices)

  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch size)

  • Optional toppings: pickles, cooked bacon bits, lettuce, tomatoes

  • Olive oil spray or melted butter, for brushing


👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Cook the Beef:

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until fully browned. Drain excess fat.

  • Stir in garlic powder, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Cook another 2 minutes. Let cool slightly.

2. Assemble the Wraps:

  • Lay out tortillas.

  • Add a layer of cheese in the center of each.

  • Spoon about ¼ of the beef mixture over the cheese.

  • Add any optional toppings (like pickles or bacon).

  • Fold like a burrito: bottom up, sides in, then roll tightly.

3. Air Fry:

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2–3 minutes.

  • Lightly spray each wrap with olive oil or brush with melted butter.

  • Place seam-side down in the air fryer basket (don’t overcrowd).

  • Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

4. Serve:

  • Slice in half and serve hot with dipping sauces: ketchup, burger sauce, or ranch.


💡 Tips:

  • Want a Big Mac-style version? Add chopped pickles and shredded lettuce after air frying.

  • Use turkey or plant-based beef for a lighter version.

  • You can freeze un-fried wraps for a quick meal later—just thaw before air frying.
