Here’s a delicious Air Fryer Breakfast Casserole that’s quick, versatile, and perfect for busy mornings or brunch. Think fluffy eggs, melty cheese, and savory sausage or bacon—all cooked in your air fryer.


🍳 Air Fryer Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs

  • 1/3 cup milk (whole or 2% recommended)

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)

  • 1/2 cup cooked breakfast sausage (crumbled) or chopped bacon/ham

  • 1/2 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, spinach)

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • Cooking spray

Optional Add-ins:

  • Diced potatoes or hash browns (pre-cooked or frozen & thawed)

  • Hot sauce or herbs (chives, parsley, thyme)


🔪 Instructions:

  1. Preheat Air Fryer:

    • Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 3–5 minutes.

  2. Prepare Your Dish:

    • Use a 7-inch round baking pan or any air fryer-safe baking dish.

    • Spray it generously with cooking spray or lightly grease with oil.

  3. Mix the Casserole:

    • In a medium bowl, whisk eggs and milk.

    • Stir in sausage (or bacon), veggies, cheese, and season with salt & pepper.

  4. Pour and Cook:

    • Pour egg mixture into the prepared pan.

    • Place the pan carefully in the air fryer basket.

  5. Air Fry:

    • Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 18–22 minutes, or until the center is set and top is lightly golden.

    • Check at 15 minutes; add a bit more time if the middle is still jiggly.

  6. Cool and Serve:

    • Let rest 3–5 minutes before slicing.

    • Serve as-is or with hot sauce, avocado, or toast.


🧊 Meal Prep & Storage:

  • Fridge: Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days. Reheat in air fryer or microwave.

  • Freezer: Wrap individual portions and freeze up to 2 months. Thaw overnight and reheat.
