Delightful Low-Calorie Chocolate Mousse with Just 3 Ingredients

This Low-Calorie Chocolate Mousse is rich, creamy, and so easy to make with just three ingredients. It’s a great dessert if you’re looking to indulge in something chocolatey without overloading on calories.

3-Ingredient Low-Calorie Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of non-fat Greek yogurt (or plain low-fat yogurt)
  • 1/4 cup of cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 2 tbsp honey or a sweetener of your choice (like stevia or maple syrup)

Instructions:

  1. Mix the ingredients:
    • In a medium-sized bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and cocoa powder. Use a whisk to blend them together until smooth and well combined. If you’re using a sweetener, add it at this point and mix again.
  2. Chill:
    • Cover the bowl and place the mousse in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Chilling helps the mousse thicken and allows the flavors to meld together.
  3. Serve:
    • Once chilled, give the mousse a quick stir and serve in small bowls or glasses. You can garnish with a few chocolate shavings, fresh berries, or a sprinkle of cocoa powder for extra flair.

Tips:

  • For extra creaminess: If you’d like an even smoother texture, you can blend the ingredients together using an immersion blender or regular blender.
  • Flavor variations: Add a splash of vanilla extract or a pinch of cinnamon for a different twist.
  • Sweetness level: Adjust the sweetness to your liking by adding more or less honey/sweetener.
