Here’s a super easy and family-friendly recipe for Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna โ€” all the comforting, cheesy goodness of lasagna with zero layering stress and no boiling pasta! Just dump, layer, and cook. Perfect for busy weeknights or lazy weekends.


๐Ÿ Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna

๐Ÿง€ Cheesy, meaty, saucy, and done with minimal effort.

Prep Time: 10 min | Cook Time: 4 hrs (Low) or 2โ€“2.5 hrs (High)

๐Ÿงพ Ingredients:

  • 1 (25โ€“30 oz) bag frozen cheese ravioli (no need to thaw)

  • 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage (or a mix)

  • 1 jar (24โ€“26 oz) marinara or pasta sauce

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Optional: 1/2 cup ricotta or cottage cheese (for added creaminess)


๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ Instructions:

1๏ธโƒฃ Brown the Meat:

  • In a skillet, cook ground beef or sausage over medium heat until browned.

  • Drain excess grease.

  • Stir in the marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

๐Ÿ’ก Short on time? Skip browning and use pre-cooked meat crumbles or a plant-based alternative.


2๏ธโƒฃ Assemble in Crockpot:

  • Lightly spray the inside of your slow cooker with nonstick spray.

  • Layer the ingredients in this order:

    1. 1 cup of meat sauce

    2. A layer of frozen ravioli (about 1/3 of the bag)

    3. 1/3 of the remaining meat sauce

    4. A few dollops of ricotta/cottage cheese (if using)

    5. A sprinkle of mozzarella & Parmesan

  • Repeat layers until everything is used up, finishing with sauce and cheese on top.


3๏ธโƒฃ Cook:

  • Cover and cook on:

    • LOW for 4โ€“5 hours, or

    • HIGH for 2โ€“2.5 hours

โœ… Ravioli should be fork-tender and cheese melted and bubbly.

  • Let sit for 10โ€“15 minutes before serving (helps it firm up slightly).

  • Garnish with fresh basil, parsley, or extra Parmesan.
