Here’s a quick and super easy recipe for No-Bake Peanut Butter Pretzel Clusters — the perfect sweet & salty treat with only a handful of ingredients. These little clusters are crunchy, creamy, and impossible to stop eating!


🥜 Easy No-Bake Peanut Butter Pretzel Clusters

🍫 Sweet, salty, crunchy, and made in minutes — no oven required!

🧾 Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mini pretzels, lightly crushed

  • 1 cup peanut butter chips (or 1/2 cup peanut butter + 1/2 cup white chocolate chips)

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips (or semi-sweet, if preferred)

  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts (optional, for extra crunch)

  • 1–2 tbsp peanut butter (optional, for added richness)

  • Optional toppings: sea salt flakes, mini chocolate chips, or drizzle of melted chocolate


👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1️⃣ Prep Your Tray:

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.


2️⃣ Melt the Chocolate & Peanut Butter:

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine:

    • White chocolate chips

    • Peanut butter chips (or white chocolate + peanut butter)

  • Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth and fully melted (usually ~1½ minutes total).

  • Stir in 1–2 tbsp peanut butter, if using, for a creamier texture.


3️⃣ Mix It Up:

  • Add the crushed pretzels and peanuts to the melted mixture.

  • Stir until everything is evenly coated.


4️⃣ Scoop & Shape:

  • Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.

  • Optionally, sprinkle with sea salt flakes or mini chocolate chips while still warm.


5️⃣ Chill:

  • Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes, or until set and firm.


6️⃣ Serve & Store:

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.


✅ Tips & Variations:

  • Use dark chocolate for a richer flavor.

  • Sub in almond butter or sunflower seed butter for allergy-friendly options.

  • Add mini marshmallows, crushed cookies, or dried fruit for fun twists.

  • Turn them into bars by pressing the mixture into a parchment-lined pan, chilling, and cutting into squares.
