πŸ“ Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 oz) jar unsalted dry roasted peanuts

  • 1 (16 oz) jar salted dry roasted peanuts

  • 1 (12 oz) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 1 (12 oz) bag milk chocolate chips

  • 2 (10 oz) bags peanut butter chips

  • 2 lbs (two 1-lb bricks) white almond bark or vanilla candy coating

βœ… Optional add-ins:

  • Crushed peppermint

  • Holiday sprinkles

  • Mini marshmallows

  • Pretzel pieces


πŸ₯£ Instructions:

1. Layer Ingredients in Crockpot:

  • In a 6-quart slow cooker, layer in this order:

    1. Salted and unsalted peanuts

    2. Chocolate chips

    3. Peanut butter chips

    4. Broken-up pieces of almond bark (on top)

❗ Do not stir yet.

2. Cook on LOW:

  • Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours.

  • After 1.5 hours, start checking occasionally to make sure nothing burns.

3. Stir Thoroughly:

  • Once everything is melted, stir until smooth and fully combined.

4. Scoop & Set:

  • Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment or wax paper using a tablespoon or small cookie scoop.

  • Let cool and harden at room temperature (or pop in the fridge to speed it up).

5. Decorate (Optional):

  • Add sprinkles, crushed candy cane, or mini marshmallows while still soft.

  • Store in an airtight container at room temp for up to 2 weeks.

  • Or freeze for longer storage (up to 2 months).
