  • 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined (thawed if frozen)

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • 2 cups cooked rice (white, brown, or jasmine)

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or a squeeze of fresh lemon

  • Optional: chopped parsley, chili flakes, or a dash of hot sauce


🔥 Instructions:

1. Heat the Pan:

  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.

2. Sauté the Garlic:

  • Add garlic and stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

3. Cook the Shrimp:

  • Add shrimp in a single layer.

  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika.
