For Frying:

  • Oil – for deep frying (vegetable or sunflower oil)

1. Marinate the Chicken:

  • In a bowl, mix chicken with buttermilk, salt, and pepper.

  • Mix well.

3. Coat the Chicken:

  • Remove chicken from buttermilk (shake off excess).

  • Optional: Double dip by dipping back in buttermilk, then again in flour for extra crunch.

4. Fry Until Golden:
