βœ… Tender | Savory | Hands-off | Family-Friendly

πŸ›’ Ingredients:

  • 2–3 lbs beef steak, cut into 1- to 2-inch cubes
(sirloin, chuck roast, stew meat, or ribeye)

  • 3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Β½ tsp smoked paprika

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

  • Β½ cup beef broth

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (optional for umami boost)

  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

πŸ‘¨β€πŸ³ Instructions:

1. Prep the Meat

  • Trim and cut the steak into bite-sized pieces.

  • Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Toss to coat.

2. Sear (Optional but Recommended)

  • In a hot skillet, sear the steak bites in olive oil or butter for 1–2 minutes per side until browned.

This locks in flavor but can be skipped if you’re short on time.

3. Slow Cook

  • Add steak bites to the crockpot.

  • Add garlic, Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, and soy sauce (if using).

  • Stir to combine.

  • Cover and cook on:

    • LOW for 6–7 hours

    • HIGH for 3–4 hours

  • Stir occasionally if possible. They’ll get more tender the longer they cook!

4. Serve

  • Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

  • Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, egg noodles, or with steamed veggies.

πŸ”₯ Variations:

  • Garlic butter steak bites: Stir in 2 tbsp garlic butter at the end.

  • Spicy version: Add Β½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes or a dash of hot sauce.

  • Creamy version: Stir in a splash of heavy cream or a spoonful of sour cream before serving.

🧊 Storage:

  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.

  • Reheat gently in a skillet or microwave.
