  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef or Italian sausage (or a mix)

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)

  • Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish (optional)

  • Ricotta or cottage cheese (optional โ€“ for extra lasagna vibes)

1. Brown the Meat (optional but recommended)

In a skillet, cook ground beef/sausage with garlic and Italian seasoning until browned. Drain excess grease.

Shortcut version? Skip the meat and go all-cheese!

2. Layer in Crockpot

Spray the slow cooker with cooking spray, then layer as follows:
