  • 1Β½ cups elbow macaroni, uncooked

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (optional)

  1. In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.

  2. Add onion and garlic, cook until soft and fragrant (about 3–4 minutes).

  1. Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, broth, Worcestershire, soy sauce, and spices (Italian seasoning, paprika, salt & pepper).
