🥔 Ingredients:

4 medium russet potatoes (or baby potatoes, halved)

2–3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (freshly grated works best)

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp paprika (optional, for color & flavor)

¼ tsp black pepper

1–2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
🔥 Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or sheet pan.
2. Prep the Parmesan Mixture
In a small bowl, mix:
