Parmesan Baked Potatoes

Here’s a simple and super delicious recipe for Parmesan Baked Potatoes — crispy on the outside, soft inside, and packed with flavor!


🧄🧀 Parmesan Baked Potatoes

🥔 Ingredients:

  • 4 medium russet potatoes (or baby potatoes, halved)

  • 2–3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (freshly grated works best)

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp paprika (optional, for color & flavor)

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • 1–2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)


🔥 Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or sheet pan.


2. Prep the Parmesan Mixture

In a small bowl, mix:

  • Grated Parmesan

  • Garlic powder

  • Paprika

  • Salt and pepper


3. Coat the Pan

  • Drizzle olive oil or melted butter into the bottom of your baking dish.

  • Sprinkle the Parmesan mixture evenly over the oiled surface.


4. Place the Potatoes

  • Cut potatoes in half (lengthwise).

  • Place the cut side down onto the cheese mixture in the dish.

  • Press gently to help them stick.


5. Bake

  • Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and the cheese is crispy and golden brown.


6. Cool & Flip

  • Let sit for 5 minutes after baking.

  • Use a spatula to gently lift each potato — the cheesy crust will be on the bottom!


🌿 Optional Toppings:

  • Chopped fresh herbs (parsley, chives, thyme)

  • A dollop of sour cream

  • A drizzle of ranch dressing

  • Extra grated Parmesan on top
