  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • Zest of 1 lemon

  • 1/4 cup chicken broth (or white wine for extra flavor)

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:

  • 8 oz fettuccine, penne, or your favorite pasta

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (plus extra for garnish)

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • A pinch of red pepper flakes (optional, for a bit of heat)

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions:

For the Chicken:

  1. Prep the Chicken:

    • Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. You can also lightly pound the chicken to even out the thickness if needed.

  2. Cook the Chicken:

    • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    • Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Once done, remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

  3. Make the Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce:

    • In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium. Add the butter and let it melt.

    • Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
