1. Prep the Beef:

Divide beef into 4 loose balls (about 2 oz / 55g each). Donโt pack them tight โ keep them loosely shaped.
2. Toast the Buns:

Heat a pan or griddle over medium heat.

Butter the cut sides of the buns and toast until golden. Set aside.
3. Smash the Patties:

Heat skillet or griddle over medium-high to high heat. Add a little butter or oil.

Place 2 beef balls onto the hot surface.

4. Cook & Flip:
