Makes: About 12 balls
Ingredients:

2 cups leftover stuffing

1–1.5 cups cooked turkey, chopped or shredded

1 large egg

1/4–1/2 cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella – optional but tasty)

2–4 tbsp gravy or broth (only if mixture is too dry)

Salt & pepper to taste
Optional for coating (for extra crisp):

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (Panko or regular)

1–2 tbsp melted butter or a light spray of oil
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) or air fryer to 375°F.
