  • Aluminum foil (heavy-duty preferred)

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated (or 1/2 tsp ground)

  • 1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water (to thicken)

1. Prep Foil:

  • Cut 4 large pieces of foil (about 12×16 inches each).

  • Spray lightly with cooking spray or brush with oil.

2. Assemble Packets:

  • Divide chicken evenly among the foil sheets.

  • Top with bell peppers, red onion, and pineapple chunks.

  • Spoon 2–3 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce over each portion.

  • Fold the foil over the ingredients and seal tightly to make packets.

3. Cook:
