Here’s an easy, ultra-juicy recipe for Baked Mayonnaise Parmesan Chicken—a classic weeknight favorite! This dish uses a simple topping of mayo, Parmesan, and seasonings to keep the chicken moist and flavorful with minimal effort.


🍗 Baked Mayonnaise Parmesan Chicken

🛒 Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

  • ½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (fresh or pre-grated)

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder (optional)

  • ½ tsp paprika (optional, for color)

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Optional topping: breadcrumbs or panko for a crispy finish


🔪 Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease or line a baking dish with parchment.

2. Season Chicken:

  • Pat chicken dry and place in the baking dish.

  • Season both sides with salt and pepper.

3. Mix Topping:

  • In a bowl, combine mayo, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix well.

4. Spread & Top:

  • Spread the mayo mixture evenly over the top of each chicken piece.

  • Optional: Sprinkle with breadcrumbs or panko for crunch.

5. Bake:

  • Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internally and topping is golden.

  • For extra browning, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end.
