πŸ‘₯ Serves: 4–6

⏱️ Prep Time: 15 minutes | No cooking needed

Ingredients (feel free to substitute with what’s in season):

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • 1 cup grapes, halved (red or green)

  • 1–2 kiwis, peeled and sliced

  • 1 apple, diced (toss in lemon juice to prevent browning)

  • 1 banana, sliced (add just before serving)

  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented

  • 1/2 cup pineapple, diced

  • Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Optional Citrus-Honey Dressing (highly recommended):

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • Juice of 1 orange (or 2 tbsp orange juice)

  • 1 tsp lemon or lime juice

  • Zest of half an orange or lemon (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Wash and prep all fruits. Cut into bite-sized pieces.

  2. Mix dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, orange juice, lemon/lime juice, and zest.

  3. Toss gently: Place all fruit in a large bowl. Pour dressing over the top and gently toss to coat.

  4. Chill & serve: Let sit for 15–30 minutes in the fridge to let flavors mingle, or serve immediately. Garnish with fresh mint if desired.

πŸ’‘ Tips & Variations:

  • Make it tropical: Add mango, papaya, or passion fruit.

  • Add crunch: Sprinkle chopped nuts or toasted coconut just before serving.

  • Make it creamy: Add a dollop of Greek yogurt or whipped cream.

  • Kid-friendly: Use colorful fruits and cut into fun shapes with cookie cutters.
