Here’s a refreshing, creamy, no-bake Cream Cheese Lemonade Pie — perfect for summer or anytime you want a sweet-tart dessert with minimal effort!

🍋🥧 Cream Cheese Lemonade Pie (No-Bake)

✅ Ingredients:

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust (or homemade – see below)

  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

  • ¾ cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

  • 1 tsp lemon zest (optional, for more citrus punch)

  • 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip or 1 cup whipped cream (optional, for folding in or topping)

🥣 Instructions:

  1. Make the filling:

    • In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.

    • Add sweetened condensed milk and beat until well combined.

    • Mix in lemonade concentrate and lemon zest. Beat until smooth and thick.

  2. Assemble the pie:

    • Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.

    • Optional: Fold in half of the Cool Whip for a lighter texture, then spread the rest on top.

  3. Chill:

    • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set (overnight is best).

  4. Serve:

    • Garnish with lemon slices, zest, or a sprinkle of crushed graham cracker.

🏠 Homemade Graham Cracker Crust (optional):

  • 1½ cups crushed graham crackers

  • ¼ cup sugar

  • 6 tbsp melted butter

Mix together, press into a 9-inch pie pan, and chill or bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8 minutes. Cool before filling.

🔄 Variations:

  • Use limeade concentrate for a lime twist.

  • Add a swirl of raspberry preserves before chilling for color and flavor.

  • Make into mini pies using a muffin tin and mini crusts.
