🍯🧄 Honey Garlic Chicken
Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

⅓ cup honey

¼ cup soy sauce

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or rice vinegar

Optional: 1 tsp ginger, grated or powdered

Optional garnish: sliced green onions and sesame seeds
Instructions:

Season the chicken with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side depending on thickness. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).

Stir in honey, soy sauce, and vinegar. Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.

Return the chicken to the pan, coat with the sauce, and cook for another 1-2 minutes to glaze.

Serve topped with green onions and sesame seeds if using.
