Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch fresh asparagus (about 1 lb), ends trimmed

  • 1 tsp olive oil spray or 1 tsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: garlic powder, lemon zest, or a squeeze of fresh lemon juice

  1. Prep the asparagus:

    • Rinse and trim woody ends off the asparagus.
