🍗 Air Fryer White Chicken with Tomatoes, Onions & Mozzarella
Ingredients:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

1 cup cherry tomatoes (or diced regular tomatoes)

½ small red or yellow onion, thinly sliced

1 tsp olive oil
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
½ tsp Italian seasoning or dried oregano

Salt & black pepper to taste

½–1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
-
Fresh basil or parsley (optional, for garnish)
🔥 Instructions:
1. Prep the chicken:

Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

Drizzle lightly with olive oil or spray with cooking spray.
2. Air fry the chicken:

Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Place chicken in the air fryer basket (leave space between pieces).

Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
3. Add veggies & cheese:

After flipping the chicken, add sliced onions and cherry tomatoes to the basket around the chicken.

In the last 2–3 minutes, sprinkle mozzarella over the chicken and let it melt.
4. Serve:

Carefully remove everything from the air fryer.

Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Serve on its own or over rice, pasta, quinoa, or with garlic bread.
