  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 2 oz cream cheese (about 1/4 cup)

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Optional: a pinch of cayenne for a subtle kick or chopped chives for garnish

  1. Heat the Butter & Honey

    • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and honey together until bubbly and fragrant.

  2. Add the Corn

  3. Stir in the Cream Cheese

    • Add the cream cheese and stir gently until melted and fully combined, making the corn creamy and luscious.

  4. Season & Serve
