Here’s a delicious and easy recipe for Honey Garlic Shrimp, Sausage, and Broccoli — sweet, savory, and super satisfying, all in one pan!


🍤 Honey Garlic Shrimp, Sausage, and Broccoli

✅ Ingredients:

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1/2 lb smoked sausage, sliced (kielbasa or andouille work well)

  • 3 cups broccoli florets

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (divided)

  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish (optional)


🔪 Instructions:

  1. Prepare the sauce:

    • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Set aside.

  2. Cook the sausage:

    • Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    • Add sliced sausage and cook until browned and slightly crispy, about 4-5 minutes.

    • Remove sausage and set aside.

  3. Cook the broccoli:

    • In the same skillet, add remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil.

    • Add broccoli florets and a splash of water.

    • Cover and steam for 3-4 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.

  4. Cook the shrimp:

    • Push broccoli to the side.

    • Add shrimp to the pan, season with salt and pepper.

    • Cook for 2 minutes per side or until pink and opaque.

  5. Combine and sauce:

    • Return sausage to the skillet.

    • Pour sauce over everything.

    • Toss and cook for another 2 minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.

  6. Garnish and serve:

    • Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.

    • Serve over rice, quinoa, or noodles.


🍽 Tips:

  • Swap sausage for chicken or tofu for different protein.

  • Add bell peppers or snap peas for extra veggies.

  • Adjust honey and soy sauce amounts to taste—more honey for sweetness, more soy for saltiness.
